Black History Month

WHAI joins organizations and individuals internationally to commemorate Black History Month! Black History Month was first celebrated in America in 1970 and was officially commemorated in Canada in 1995. WHAI recognizes Black women who have lead HIV activism and organizing in Ontario alongside celebrating Love Positive Women.
