Health disparities have a profoundly negative impact on the health and well being
of Black populations, the true scope and scale of which we do not know, because in
Ontario socio-demographic health data is not collected. In partnering with the Health Commons Solutions Lab and Sinai Health our goal
was to build off of the work of many health system leaders, and push forward
actions to work together to support sustainable change in addressing these
disparities.
