OAN Complaint Process

WHAI is a trusteed initiative at the Ontario AIDS Network (OAN). As such, we follow the OAN's complaint process. This process was created to support any person who has experienced harassment, discrimination, racism, bullying, violence, and other unwanted behaviours from WHAI or OAN staff, volunteers or others in a WHAI / OAN space (in-person or virtually) to bring an issue forward and seek resolution where possible.

Processus de traitement des plaintes de l’OAN

L’IFVS est une initiative rattachée à l’Ontario AIDS Network (OAN). Nous suivons donc le processus de traitement des plaintes de l’OAN. Ce processus vise à aider toute personne à signaler un problème et à obtenir une résolution dans la mesure du possible, si elle a vécu du harcèlement, de la discrimination, du racisme, de l’intimidation, de la violence et d’autres comportements indésirables de la part du personnel de l’IFVS ou de l’OAN, ou de bénévoles ou d’autres personnes dans un espace de l’IFVS ou de l’OAN (en personne ou virtuellement).
