This evaluation was conducted with the following goals in mind:

to examine the impact and outcomes of WHAI’s anti-Black racism facilitated sessions for participants / the network / ASOs
to examine further development of the work
to identify clear recommendations for next steps

Outcomes from the evaluation show strong personal outcomes and positive impacts on our Initiative work and at ASOs. It also summarizes 7 key recommendations to continue to strengthen the work across WHAI and the sector, which WHAI will be working towards implementing over the coming year.
