L\u2019objectif de cette ressource est de clarifier comment les d\u00e9terminants sociaux et structurels de la sant\u00e9 affectent certaines populations plus que d\u2019autres, et d\u2019aider les organismes communautaires \u00e0 \u00e9laborer des strat\u00e9gies pour en tenir compte et pour favoriser l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9. Le piquenique comme outil visuel \u00e9voque les sentiments de collaboration et de connexion qu\u2019on trouve dans la planification et le partage d\u2019un repas. La planification doit \u00eatre intentionnelle et minutieuse, pour favoriser le bon d\u00e9roulement du rassemblement. Bien que les d\u00e9terminants sociaux et structurels de\nla sant\u00e9 aient un impact sur tous les aspects de la sant\u00e9, cette ressource se concentre sur le risque de VIH et les r\u00e9sultats de sant\u00e9. Tout au long du travail de l\u2019IFVS, nous utilisons des m\u00e9thodes cr\u00e9atives afin de renforcer les capacit\u00e9s communautaires.
