spaces that welcome, honour and support women and gender-diverse people from WHAI&#8217;s priority populations were highlighted throughout the consultation process.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<a href=\"#about\"  target=\"_self\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tEn savoir plus\r\n\t\t\t<\/a>\r\n<h2>\r\n\t\t\t\u00c0 propos de la r\u00e9duction des m\u00e9faits centr\u00e9e sur les genres\t<\/h2>\r\n\t<p>La r\u00e9duction des m\u00e9faits centr\u00e9e sur les genres a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9crite comme un ensemble de programmes et d\u2019espaces qui permettent aux femmes femmes et personnes de genres divers qui utilisent des drogues de s\u2019entraider en s\u2019informant sur les pratiques et les lieux de consommation plus s\u00e9curitaires, les pratiques de pr\u00e9vention des surdoses et l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un approvisionnement en drogues plus s\u00fbr, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la stabilit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique et les r\u00e9sultats de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n<p>Des besoins intersectoriels ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9s, notamment :<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>des strat\u00e9gies pour naviguer dans les relations<\/li>\r\n<li>des soutiens pour la grossesse et la parentalit\u00e9<\/li>\r\n<li>des efforts pour pr\u00e9venir la violence fond\u00e9e sur le genre et le harc\u00e8lement dans les sites de prestation de services (y compris en r\u00e9duction des m\u00e9faits)<\/li>\r\n<li>des moyens pour r\u00e9pondre aux exp\u00e9riences de criminalisation, y compris en lien avec le travail du sexe<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Les femmes et les personnes de genres divers ont signal\u00e9 des occasions de cr\u00e9er des services de r\u00e9duction des m\u00e9faits s\u00fbrs, exempts de jugements et culturellement inclusifs, o\u00f9 l\u2019on fournit des soins tenant compte des traumatismes qui refl\u00e8tent les diverses exp\u00e9riences v\u00e9cues de la consommation de drogues et sont repr\u00e9sentatifs des communaut\u00e9s autochtones, noires, brunes et d\u2019autres communaut\u00e9s racis\u00e9es.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/whai.ca\/fr\/ressource\/collective-action-community-change-a-report-amplifying-community-voices\/\" title=\"whai-harm-reduction-women-who-use-drugs-icon\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\r\n\t\t42%\r\n\t\t\t\t\t42% of those who participated in WHAI&#8217;s community consultations identified as people who use drugs or substances (n=501).<sup>1<\/sup>\r\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/whai.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/whai-harm-reduction-community-capacity-icon.svg\" alt=\"whai-harm-reduction-community-capacity-icon\" itemprop=\"image\" title=\"whai-harm-reduction-community-capacity-icon\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\r\n\t\t75%\r\n\t\t\t\t\t75% of community workers who participated in WHAI&#8217;s community consultations work in harm reduction, demonstrating the importance of WHAI&#8217;s community capacity building work with the harm reduction sector (n=317).<sup>2<\/sup>\r\n<h2>\r\n\t\t\tQue fait l\u2019IFVS?\t<\/h2>\r\n\t<p>Moving this work forward, WHAI&#8217;s work includes:<\/p>\r\n\t<ul>\r\n<li>Collaborer avec des \u00e9quipes locales de r\u00e9duction des m\u00e9faits et des organismes partenaires afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les espaces o\u00f9 les femmes et les personnes de genres divers qui utilisent des drogues\/substances peuvent acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des services en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et interagir entre elles<\/li>\r\n<li>Drawing on WHAI&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/whai.ca\/fr\/ressource\/women-and-harm-reduction-in-ontario-a-capacity-building-toolkit\/\">Les femmes et la r\u00e9duction des m\u00e9fait en Ontario<\/a> and other resources to support community capacity building work and amplify women and gender-diverse people&#8217;s voices and include their expertise throughout all aspects of the work<\/li>\r\n<li>Collaborer avec des femmes et des personnes de genres diversqui utilisent des drogues\/substances pour faciliter l\u2019\u00e9ducation communautaire et renforcer l\u2019arrimage \u00e0 des soins s\u00fbrs, culturellement inclusifs et tenant compte des traumatismes<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2>\r\n\t\t\tVoix de la
